OUR EXPERIENCE WITH SUNRISE SOLAR

We highly recommend purchasing a solar system from SunRise Solar. The staff is professional, polite and friendly, and continue to answer all our questions in a clear and understandable manner.

The initial visit was promptly scheduled and came as a result of contacting the SunRise Solar office in Chestertown. The Salesman who came to our home was very prepared, knowledgable, professional, answered all our questions, and gave us the additional information we needed to make the best decision to suit our needs. We realized that SunRise Solar was offering a high quality product, the best warranty available, and a team of experts, so without hesitation we signed a contract on April 20th. 

Once the contract was signed we were contacted by SunRise Solar’s Project Manager. He handled the entire system design and installation including completing an application with our electric carrier, contacting the manufacturer of the building on which the system was to be installed, coordinating subcontractors, processing all necessary permit applications and paperwork required by state and local agencies and our insurance company, set us up to monitor energy output, and market our solar energy credits.

Our system was “turned on” on June 16th. Since that time SunRise Solar has educated us on how to monitor our system’s energy output using an on-line portal, by physically viewing the system invertors, or by physically viewing the electric meter.

We experienced an issue with one of the invertors that was initially installed. When we contacted the Project Manager about the problem we learned he was already aware of and working on the issue as he had been monitoring our system since installation. The invertor was replaced promptly - no questions asked. The entire crew was mannerly and hard working – they never left any trash or debris on the job site, and they were quiet – barely knew they were here. If we had a question, concern, or needed anything explained throughout the entire process, we were treated with professionalism that was first rate.
